Historic Fairview Cemetery:
Where Albuquerque’s Past Comes to Life
Historic Fairview Cemetery is the resting place of approximately 12,000 members of the Albuquerque community. Twelve thousand unique life stories, some memorialized, some unmarked, some well-known, others completely unknown, but each contributing to the story of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and the United States. Many of the City’s early founders, notable businessmen, civic leaders and citizens are buried here. You can find stories and bios linked from The Community of Historic Fairview Cemetery Facebook page.
